Once sensitive areas in the feet are detected, specialised techniques are used to help increase circulation to that part of the body and once restored, that reflex in the foot will cease to be uncomfortable.
What can reflexology do for me?
Reflexology can induce a deep state of relaxation enabling the body to heal, balance and renew.

What does a session consist of?
You are fully clothed and I will only need access to your feet and, ideally lower legs.
I typically start with a cleansing of your feet, followed by relaxation and stretching techniques to prepare your feet for the stimulation. The specialised reflexology techniques are then employed, followed by a 5 minute foot massage on each foot for relaxation.
How much does a session cost?
The duration of a session is 1 hour and the rate is 45 euros.
Home visits are possible and an extra fee will be incurred due to travel costs and travel time.
How do I book a session?

You will receive a response from me within 12 hours on a working day and I will give you some availability options.
Your session day and time will be confirmed using the same communication method used and you will also be sent the address of the session. If using WhatsApp, a map will be sent.
I will personally send you a message the day before to remind you of your appointment so that you can feel rest assured.
You will be able to pay with a card or cash on the day of your session.
If you would like to buy a gift voucher, you can either pay by bank transfer or Bizum. A digital voucher will be sent to you by email upon completion of payment.
