Payment can be made in cash or card
Cancellations/refunds: If the session is cancelled by Michelle Lodge Gonzalez, the customer is entitled to a 100% refund. If the client cancels before the 24 hours prior to the session, the client will be reimbursed 100%.
If the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, the refund will be 50%.
