What if there was a way that the body could communicate its health challenges?
An American chiropractor, George Goodheart, discovered the principals of what he called "Applied kinesiology". What he found was groundbreaking in that the muscles of the body could identify imbalances in the body.

Using various techniques including physical work, energy corrections, and nutrition he strengthened these imbalances…

And the person’s health improved in ways that chiropractic techniques alone weren't able to address.

How does kinesiology work?
Kinesiology is unique in the sense that it addresses and uses techniques to balance your body using seven different systems:

Nervous System - Improves communication between the brain and all parts of the body.

Vascular System - Helps improve blood flow to areas that need it, increasing oxygen, nutrients, and minerals to starved parts of the body.

Lymphatic System - Specialised massage is used to help remove toxicity and cleanse the body, enhancing the immune system.

Cerebrospinal Fluid system - Improves the efficiency of the brain and spine.

Meridian System - Improves energy pathways to all organs and glands, enhancing their function.

Digestive System - Nutritional deficiencies, nutritional supplements, and food intolerances are revealed.

Limbic System (emotional) - Relief from emotional stresses to help restore the brain’s efficiency for focus and creativity.
How long is a treatment 
Your first kinesiology session requires a duration of 2 hours….

The first 30 minutes is an initial health consultation to make a plan and focus on what’s most important to you.

Any sessions thereafter are 1 hour and a half.

Each session includes a free Bach flower remedy so you can continue to feel emotionally supported anywhere, any time.

You’ll also receive an email from me on the same day of your session with my findings so you can track your progress.

How long does it take to work?
After a kinesiology session, people usually feel an immediate reduction of their symptoms and generally feel relaxed with clarity of mind.

The effects from the session can take a week or more to settle, and there may be some diet changes and supplements to take, therefore the frequency of sessions are generally recommended every 3-4 weeks, depending on the individual.
What do I need to bring to the session?
It is best to come to the session hydrated and wearing comfortable clothing.  You may wish to bring supplements or any particular food items that you would like me to test you with.

If you have any medical records, you can bring them along. I will need to know what medication you are taking. 

Sessions are fully clothed, although there may be certain techniques that do require direct skin contact.
How much is a kinesiology session?
The initial consultation is 2 hours and the rate is 100 euros 
Follow-up sessions are 1 hour and a half and the rate is reduced to 85 euros.

You will receive a response from me within 12 hours on a working day and I will give you some availability options.

Your session day and time will be confirmed using the same communication method used and you will also be sent the address of the session. If using WhatsApp, a map will be sent.

I will personally send you a message the day before to remind you of your appointment so that you can feel rest assured.

You will be able to pay with card, cash or Bizum on the day of your session.

If you would like to buy a gift voucher, you can either pay by bank transfer or Bizum. A digital voucher will be sent to you by email upon completion of payment.
